Do I need to provide the photos

Most of my work is created from photography, which is perfect for a surprise portrait gift. If you have a clear, high-resolution photo of the building, that’s great! If not, I can often use several different photos to piece together the perfect perspective.
What types of buildings do you draw

I love the variety of architecture. I’ve been commissioned for everything from modest cottages and city townhouses to grand châteaus, castles, and garden follies. I can also illustrate interior rooms, specific architectural details, or even a panoramic view of a small town.
Can you draw on-site?

Yes! If the property is within 50 miles of Berkshire, I am happy to visit and work on-site. This allows me to capture the specific light and atmosphere of the location in real-time. Please note that on-site visits may incur an hourly rate and travel fee.
Can you include specific garden features?

Absolutely. In fact, I encourage it! Whether it’s a specific climbing rose, a grand oak tree, or a particular landscaping feature, these "extras" are often what make a property feel like home. Just let me know which special features are important to you.
Typically, a hand-drawn illustration takes between 2 to 4 weeks to complete, depending on the complexity of the building and my current commission list. If you need a piece for a specific date (like a wedding or a birthday), please let me know as early as possible.
